• Educational Leadership: Provide leadership in nursing programs, ensuring academic quality and relevance.

• Registered Nurse: Hold an active nursing license.

• Teaching Experience: At least THREE years of experience in nursing education is preferred for Assistant Professor and at least EIGHT years of experience is required for Associate Professor.
