Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a content manager at NIMS University. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies, managing content creation and development, overseeing editorial processes, and ensuring high-quality content across various channels. The role also includes leading a team of content professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Develop cohesive strategy and produce engaging content across a variety of written and multimedia formats (website, ads, video, email, case studies, etc.)
● Craft campaign messaging that reinforces NIMS University's differentiation and communicates value proposition in a relatable, concrete manner
● Own the content calendar, making sure we have a consistent drumbeat of content across all channels
● Serve as go-to writer and editor, taking accountability for quality assurance on external communications
● Research and write long-form content assets (white papers, eBooks, research reports)
● Research, write/prepare thought leadership content (long-form articles, speaking opportunities)
● Optimize content for SEO and oversee/implement best practices to improve search
rankings
Qualifications
• Content Strategy and Content Management skills
• Strong writing and editorial skills
• Experience in content development and creation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing and SEO best practices
• Experience in the education or academic industry is a required.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
