Job Description

Position: Asst. Director, School of Engineering

Report to: Sr. Director- CGDC

Location: BMU Campus, Sidhrawali, Haryana

Roles Responsibilities

  • Leading the team of Sr. Manager / Manager / Executives to accomplish the pre-defined internships and placements targets of self and team members.
  • Students’ engagement and campus management.
  • Capturing recruiter’s feedback and sharing with school for necessary preparation of students and skill development.
  • Collaborating with training faculty to ensure preparation of students for recruitment processes / open competitions.
  • Strategizing the internships / placements and entire corporate engagement activities within the given timeline.
  • Ensuring development and retention of team members.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key accounts for internships & final placement tie-ups as well as other strategic alliances under industry academia interface.
  • Extensive Outreach (self & reporting outreach executives) to increase recruiter’s base.
  • Meeting the 100% of assigned KRAs with respect to placements / internships numbers of self and team/ other industry collaboration, like - live projects, industry interactions in the form of Leadership Series Talk, Webinars, Hackathons, etc).
  • Responsible for 100% record maintenance pertaining to documents required by the accreditation bodies like – NAAC / NIRF, etc.
  • Mapping competitor’s activities on a regular basis and strategize accordingly to achieve 100% of expected deliverables.

Role Requirements

  • Any Graduate/Post-graduate, Preferably MBA
  • Experience: minimum 12 - 15 years’ experience in corporate relations and partnerships
  • Managing campus placement activities in a reputed University or Ed-tech companies is a must.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation skills and Advance MS Office skills
