"You will play a pivotal role in providing guidance and support to students, helping them navigate academic, personal, and career-related challenges. Your role will involve designing and delivering engaging training modules in QSR, conducting hands-on training sessions, and provide guidance on service excellence to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Student Counselling: Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students to address academic concerns, personal challenges, and career aspirations.
- Training Program Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs focused on F&B service standards and etiquettes.
- Career Counselling: Offer guidance and resources for career exploration in the field of QSR/Hospitality.
- Content Creation: Design engaging training materials, presentations, and role-playing scenarios, to effectively communicate service-related concepts and skills
- Information Provision: Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical training to students on various service techniques, including table setup, order taking, food and beverage presentation, and customer interaction.
- Periodic Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify training needs and skill gaps among students, and develop tailored training plans to address these gaps
- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance assessments, and implement improvements as necessary.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, service innovations, and customer preferences to incorporate them into the training curriculum. Organize and conduct interactive training sessions to foster continuous learning and development within the F&B service teams.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Additional certification in F&B service training in QSR (KFC) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in the language(s) required for the job (e.g., English, regional languages), Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ethical conduct, adherence to Institute policies and guidelines, and data privacy.
Salary: Rs 4,80,000/- as per Qualification & Experience"
