Responsibilities:

Management of outsourced accounting team

Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines and managing budgets

Keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation

Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends

Manage and coordinate internal audit, statutory audit, cost audit and tax audits

Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

Process setups and onboarding of softwares

Ensure all statutory compliances on time e.g GST,TDS, PF etc.

Ensuring proper documentation and Banking in coordination with assigned team

Preparation of Monthly and quarterly MIS preparation

Coordination for submission of various details/information for internal and external audits and assessments.

Providing support to the next level and coordination with other inter- departments

Operationally Reporting to Department Head, Coordination with various departments.

Requirements:

● Chartered Accountant fresher or Semi Qualified CA with 2 +years of experience.

● Proven work experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager.

● Advanced computer skills in MS office, accounting software and databases.

● High attention to detail and accuracy.

PS: We're looking for a fresher CA with extensive articleship experience around financial reporting, audit of midsize and large companies and proficiency in direct and indirect taxation or semi qualified CA should have 3 to 5 years of experience .
