We are currently hiring an Assistant Head - Student Recruitment to take care of Business Development for the northern & southern region of India. This person will closely work with Head - Student Recruitment Post Graduate programs to take care of Student Recruitments for our in-take. Below given is the detailed Job responsibility for this role Job Description:- • Analysing the student intakes for the programs and plan for a targeted increase. • Create a set of activities to drive the targeted numbers. Strategize with the marketing team to create avenues and corresponding activities to reach out to prospective students including digital marketing and ATL/BTL activities. • Drawing and managing a budget for supporting all planned activities • Driving the plan through internal teams. Training and motivating the team to consistently meet or exceed targets. • Ensure that the process of execution of all activities is adequately managed, Build robust reporting metrics and continually track them for planned interventions. • Interact closely with student selection panels and evaluate the suitability of applicants to these programs. • This is a numbers driven role and will entail extensive travelling. The role will also require mentoring and student counseling to help potential applicants understand the relevance and superiority of S P Jain’s programs A Desired Candidate shall have the following 8 - 15 years of Work Experience in Education Sales 5 years of Managerial skills & team handling Excellent Communication Skills If the above profile interests you please share your updated resume to rutuparna.joshi@spjain.org
