Assistant Manager - Immigration Sales (Job Vacancy)

• Set up student mentorship team & working with product team to help build the solution.
• Mentors will help aspirants understand and achieve success in their study abroad dream.
• Mentors will not be involved in sales but will help guide students and connect with relevant people.

Ideal Profile

• Great understanding of study abroad, mostly about college admissions and processes.
• Should have 2+ years experience in Admissions abroad

Month 1 To 3

• Help set up the product of mentoring aspirants and manage few aspirants as an Individual contributor.
• Please note that candidate must be comfortable with being an individual contributor.

Month 3 To 6

• Scale team and improve quality. Hire right set of people and build a team of 5-10 Mentors

Qualification

• Post graduation preferred.
• Should have good understanding on study abroad market.
• Should have atleast 2+ years of experience.
