Job Responsibilities:
- Strategize and achieve successful career outcomes for the offered programs through a robust campus recruitment process.
- Achieve individual targets assigned for the annual recruitment process and summer internships.
- Support other team members wherever required, to achieve both career services and larger institutional objectives.
- Monitor placement trends and industry dynamics, remaining abreast of evolving job market dynamics. Add new recruiters through structured market outreach.
- Collaborate closely with faculty and departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of students' skill sets, effectively aligning them with industry requisites.
- Well networked in the Corporate HR Community. Experience in working with HR Professionals and Functional Leaders.
- Plan and engage with corporate via Campus Engagement Programs like Guest Lectures, Panel Discussions, Conclaves, Workshops, Competitions, etc.
- Create new placement partner’s basis shift in industry, job roles as per placement load and manage existing placement partners for placements or other partnerships.
- Maintenance of Data & Placement Reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree; possession of an MBA or master's degree will be considered an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills, essential for effective interaction with corporate, students and internal stakeholders.
