Job Description

Job Description • Drive Student conversions from Existing Associates for Offer conversions with the efforts of PST Associates and closer coordination with the BU Teams. • Ensure all enquiries are answered within turnaround time. • Evaluate team members’ performance against KRA’s on a monthly basis along with their managers. • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for an assigned domain. • To regularly review the process followed by Team members, suggest improvement in the process, get it approved and implement according to the requirement through the Executive Director & CEO • To ensure to keep in touch with Partner Associates whose students are holding Conditional and Unconditional offer letters and getting conversions. • Ensuring proper and smooth Onboarding of new team members, setting up their KRA, Work responsibilities explaining it to the new team members, and seeing they get good experience at the first stage. Training of new team members on the processes and compliances of the BU Team. • To check the quality of Team Members work. In case of any error observed, first get it rectified and ensure the application submission. Post submission, check and analyze the reason for such error and communicate to team member to avoid such errors in future. • To regularly review the process followed by Business Unit, suggest improvement in the process, get it approved and implement according to the requirement. • Make constant efforts to improve your product knowledge through your own efforts and interests apart from the training provided. Identifying key universities, key programs and key Partner Associates for maximizing sales • Develop positive working relationship with partners to build business. • Analyze, design, document, and implement internal reporting systems and procedures for the assigned Division within specified functional area of operation. • To present MIS on monthly basis to the CEO along with ED • Maintaining cordial relationship with delegates of the Universities & key Partner Associates • Analyzing the competition & taking steps to grow the business. • Ensure optimum performance from the team members Job Requirements • At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in Operations & Sales. • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing the Team. • Excellent communication skills • Good interpersonal/negotiation skills • Commercially astute • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills • Team player • Good time-management skills • Great interpersonal and communication skills
