Job Title: Assistant Manager - Business Development (Education vertical)

Role Overview:
As a School Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs and experiences to schools and educational institutions. You will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with schools, driving sales, and ensuring a steady flow of visitors to Museum of Solutions.

Job Description:

  • Meet / Achieve set sales targets.
  • Generate leads through direct school visits and cold callings.
  • Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with school principals, administrators, and educators to understand their needs and promote MuSo.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations to showcase the educational benefits and value proposition of MuSo programs, highlighting how they align with school curriculums and educational objectives.
  • Coordinate Visits: Coordinate school visits to MuSo, ensuring smooth logistics and providing guidance to educators to maximize the educational benefits for students.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools regarding their experiences and suggestions for improvement, share this information with HOD.
  • Market information: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and educational developments to identify new opportunities and enhance MuSo’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Sales preferably education sector for minimum 6 years.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Salary: Upto INR 8 LPA (Salary will be determined after completion of interview)
