TNI Career Counselling (TCC) provides impact-focused premium career and admissions advisory for both individuals and institutions, while Globestar Consulting Services offers market entry, enrollment management, recruiting, training, curriculum building, technology and other solutions to institutions. The company is headquartered in BKC Mumbai with branches in Pune, Bangalore and Delhi. Globestar has experience advising leading companies around the world. TCC works with 9+ schools on their career and admissions ecosystem, counselling 2500+ students a year grades 9-12 for activities and admissions to 12+ countries. GCS works with 5+ universities to scale their operations and recruiting with clients across India, US, UK.

Role Description

• Develop and execute HR strategies and programs that align with the organization's business objectives and support organizational growth, employee engagement, and talent retention.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
• Design and implement talent management programs, including leadership development, succession planning, and high-potential identification.
• Build and maintain relationships with placement cells and other external organisations for recruitment.
• Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support on HR policies and procedures.
• Mediate and resolve conflicts, ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Conduct regular employee feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate, implement and manage performance appraisal systems to provide constructive feedback and facilitate employee growth; set performance goals, conduct evaluations, and create individual development plans.
• Identify training needs, and coordinate the development and delivery of relevant training programs to foster skill development and career advancement.
• Ensure compliance with compensation guidelines, conduct regular salary reviews, and manage bonus structures.
• Coordinate and assist the admin team with employee benefits, travel policies, reimbursements, bonuses, security deposits etc.
• Utilize and build HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry associations, HR thought leaders, and external partners to stay informed about best practices and trends.

Qualifications

• Experience with HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Familiarity with HR policies, legal requirements, and compliance procedures
• Experience with Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and talent management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Master's or MBA degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software solutions
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Salary range 4.8 - 6 LPA
