Job Description
❖ Responsible for overseeing the School/university registration process, including the collection and verification of students' original documents.
❖ Campaign execution on CRM (NPF) for better lead-to- application conversion. Email/SMS/WhatsApp Campaign execution for lead nurturing.
❖ comparing and preparing weekly/monthly Publisher Reports for in-depth analysis, contributing to data driven insights and informed decision-making for marketing and admission purpose.
❖ Application integration between CRM system (NPF) and ERP system, streamlining data flow and enhancing overall system efficiency.
❖ Providing personalized academic, career, and personal counselling to students, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their educational path and taking care of campus visit.
❖ maintaining meticulous records of all admission, MIS, and Operations activities, ensuring accuracy and comprehensive documentation.
❖ Responsible for facilitating coordination between different departments to support recently enrolled students. This involves ensuring a smooth transition and providing necessary assistance.
