Assistant Manager – Field Marketing

CTC Between 2.4 to 4.2 LPA (Including Incentives, Allowances Extra) depending on interview and Experience

Work Duration:

9:30 to 6:00 Monday to Saturday

Job Description:

1. Data Sourcing & Management
   • Sourcing the data of college faculties, HoD, and Principals from different websites like college Websites, LinkedIn, etc.
   • Maintaining the database of Students on the internal templates of the organization.
   • Identify different College activity groups through channels like Instagram, college social media pages, etc.
2. Marketing through Organization Visit
   • Prepare the introductory documents as part of pre-meet preparation.
   • Visit the College/university as per the list and have effective meetings to:
     • Identify the scope of conducting event/seminar/workshop/expert lecture/Scholarship Test/PI at the organization
     • Build new and maintain existing relations and rapport of EduGATE as the leading institute in the state.
   • Observe the scope of field marketing in that organization during the visit.
   • Monitor the scale and agility of EduGATE Field Marketing Activities in colleges.
3. Conversion
   • Schedule Director’s meetings and visits to organizations as per the requirement.
   • Take follow-ups as per the timeline.
4. Execution
   • Guide and monitor junior executive for daily field marketing tasks and activities in colleges.
   • Manage field marketing events like expo and seminars at college/universities.
5. Travelling Requirements
   • The majority (More than 75%) of work will be based in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar. However, need to travel to the major cities of Gujarat to meet academicians in colleges as and when required.

Eligibility:

1. Academic Requirements: Graduate and Above (Preferred in Marketing Specialization)
2. Skills Required: Good Communication Skills, In-Person Presentation Skills, MS Office Proficiency
3. Experience: Between 1 to 5 Years in marketing, preferably in the education industry
