Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Math Facilitator at Sparkling Mindz Global in Bengaluru. The Assistant Math Facilitator will be responsible for assisting with math instruction and activities, providing guidance and support to students, collaborative planning with the math facilitator, and supporting the overall learning environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and understanding of mathematics concepts
• Experience working with students in a teaching or tutoring capacity
• Ability to explain complex math concepts in a simplified manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passionate about creating a positive learning environment for children
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Experience with game-based learning or other innovative teaching methodologies is a plus
