Roles And Responsibilties • Payroll Administration:  • Lead payroll administration processes, including payroll processing, time and attendance management, and benefits administration.  • Ensure accurate and timely disbursement of employee salaries, wages, and benefits in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.  • Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies, and collaborate with Finance and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues.  • Ensure salary payout by 7th work day of every month following all compliances and approvals as applicable.  • HR Operations:  • Oversee and manage HR operations functions, including employee data management, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records maintenance including but not limited to all HR letters / formats.  • Proper document and background verification at the time of onboarding of any new employee.  • Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to streamline HR operations and enhance service delivery.  • Monitor HR service delivery metrics and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).  • Resolve complex HR operational issues and escalate as needed. • • MIS (Management Information Systems):  • Develop and maintain HR management information systems (MIS) to track and report on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and employee demographics.  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making by HR leadership and other stakeholders.  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data and systems.  • • Compliances:  • Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.  • Oversee compliance activities related to employee documentation, labor laws, tax regulations, and other legal requirements.  • Coordinate with legal counsel or external consultants as needed to address compliance issues or concerns. • • Team Leadership:  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the HR operations team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.  • Set performance goals and objectives for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide feedback and coaching as needed.  • Identify training and development needs for the team and facilitate learning opportunities to enhance skills and competencies.  RequirementsQualification / Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:   • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field or professional HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.) preferred.  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, MIS, compliance, and payroll administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.  • In-depth knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll software, and data management principles.  • Strong understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data processing and reporting.  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels.  • Proven leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and performance management.  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  • Excellent MS-Excel and PowerPoint skills   • Exceptional analytical skills preferably with some certification in analytics / Advanced MS-Excel  • Comfortable for 55,000 Per Month . Location - Rohini West , Delhi
