Role Description

The Assistant Professor - Commerce role at AIMS Institutes is a full-time on-site position located in Bengaluru. As an Assistant Professor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in commerce-related subjects, conducting research, and contributing to the academic and professional development of students. You will also engage in curriculum development, student mentoring, and participation in institutional activities.

Qualifications

• Mcom or equivalent degree in Commerce or a related field.
• Demonstrated expertise in commerce-related subjects, such as accounting, finance, economics, business studies, or marketing.
• A strong background in research and publications in the field of commerce.
• Experience in curriculum development and innovative teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide students in their academic and professional growth.

• Experience in the use of technology-enhanced learning tools and platforms.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.

Preferred qualifications:
