Overview
The Assistant Professor in Commerce plays a crucial role in an academic institution, contributing to the teaching, research, and administrative functions of the department. They are responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, conducting research, and providing mentorship to students, among other duties.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver lectures and seminars on commerce-related subjects
• Develop and implement curriculum for undergraduate and graduate programs
• Conduct research in relevant areas of commerce and publish findings in academic journals
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to students
• Participate in departmental and faculty meetings
• Assist in administrative tasks such as student evaluations and course planning

Required Qualifications
• B.Com, M.com
• Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the university level
• Proven record of scholarly research and publications

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience in curriculum development and assessment
