Role eligibility:

1. Understanding either of Python is a must, and one must be able to learn new languages quickly.
2. Should be able to write code cleanly and debug issues in code.
3. Should be exceptional at DSA and problem-solving. 
4. Should be able to deliver complex projects of web development.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to students.
6. You should be able to pick up and learn core computer science subjects like Networks, Databases, etc.
