Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship (XIME) seeks to fill an open rank position in the Marketing and General Management area. Applicants must have a Postgraduate Master’s Degree, Doctoral Degree, or PhD Degree in a related field and must demonstrate the potential to publish in top academic journals and achieve excellence in teaching.

Responsibilities of the Faculty:

a. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective instruction at the post-graduate level. Develop and deliver courses, design curriculum, and prepare instructional materials that align with the institute's standards and objectives. Stay abreast of developments through continuous learning and professional development activities.

b. Research: Faculty is expected to publish in internationally recognised top tier journals, publish and present at conferences, seek external research funding and collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research projects.

c. Service and Engagement: Actively engage in departmental, institutional, and professional service activities. Serve on committees, contribute to accreditation processes, and participate in faculty meetings.
