Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Hospital and Healthcare Management in School of Management at The Apollo University located in Chittoor, AP. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for teaching courses related to hospital and healthcare management, conducting research, publishing articles, and providing academic guidance and support to students. The Assistant Professor will also be involved in departmental meetings, committees, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Management or a related field is required ( Ph.D. Submitted candidates can apply).
• MBA/MHA/PG Diploma(2 years full-time) in Healthcare/Hospital Management.

Desirable

• Experience in teaching and research in Healthcare Management and Hospital Administration.
• Ability to teach courses related to healthcare management, hospital management, healthcare cost & accounting, and healthcare operations management.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
• Demonstrated record of scholarship, including peer-reviewed publications.
• Experience in academic advising and mentoring students.
• Leadership and organizational skills to handle departmental and administrative tasks effectively.
• Membership in professional organizations
