Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Professor - Hotel Management (Food and Beverage Service) role that requires handling day-to-day academic responsibilities. The role is on-site and is based out of Jalandhar. The Assistant Professor will be required to teach relevant courses, evaluate student performance, develop and maintain course materials, and assist in curriculum development. The Assistant Professor will work closely with other faculty members, participate in academic advising, and engage in professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Hotel Management or a relevant field
• Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to teach and evaluate students in an academic setting
• Ability to develop and update course materials and assessments regularly
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
• Interest in research and professional development

In addition to these qualifications, the candidate should have a passion for teaching and a commitment to the success of students. Experience in curriculum development and online teaching is preferable.
