Job Description
A Ph.D. degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is must with a demonstrated minimum 2 years previous experience in academia, industry, or both is valuable. Experience in business development, data analytics, digital technologies, in built environment is crucial. This could include research experience, project management, consulting, or relevant industry experience. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using relevant tools and software (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau, etc.). Strong understanding of business development strategies and practices. Designing and delivering courses related to business development, data analytics, and digital technologies within the built environment. This could include courses on topics such as data-driven decision-making, business intelligence, digital innovation in construction, smart buildings, etc. Conducting high-quality research in areas relevant to business development, data analytics, and digital technologies, with a focus on applications within the built environment. This involves publishing research findings in reputable academic journals and presenting at conferences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, colleagues, industry professionals, and community members.
