A Ph.D. degree in a relevant field, such as Real Estate, Land Economics, Law, Urban Planning, or a related discipline, with a demonstrated minimum 2 years teaching/industry experience at the undergraduate and/or graduate level, with expertise in land acquisition, real estate transactions, property law, or related subjects. Experience working with governmental agencies, private firms, NGOs, or community organizations involved in land-related activities is advantageous.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and student assessment methods. Research expertise in land acquisition strategies, transactional processes, property rights, land use planning, or related areas with strong record of research productivity, including publications in peer-reviewed journals, conference presentations, and grants or funding awards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, including students, colleagues, industry professionals, and community members.
