Qualifications:

• Minimum 55% in MA in English (Language/Literature)
• Preferred qualifications: UGC NET / TESOL / CELTA certification

Job Description:

As an Assistant Professor in English at Mandsaur University, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate English skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking, in alignment with the National Education Policy (NEP). Additionally, you will contribute to the development and implementation of upskilling programs designed to enhance students' proficiency in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lectures, seminars, and workshops to undergraduate students.
• Design and implement innovative teaching methodologies to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to academic growth and development.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language skills.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum content and assessment materials.
• Stay updated on current trends and research in English language teaching and learning.
