B, Infinity Tower Mindspace, Toyota Showroom, 4th Floor, New Link Rd, near Goregaon Sports Club, next to Lakozy, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064 • Experience – 2 – 12 years • Education – PhD Degree (Pursuing can also apply) in HRM. • UGC NET is Compulsorily. • Job Profile - A PhD Degree with first class or equivalent grade at the preceding degree in the relevant branch/ discipline with a consistently good academic record throughout. • Minimum 2 years of Teaching / Research / Industrial Experience, (excluding experience gained during PhD in a premier Academic Institution. • Potential for leadership in research, education and institution building Guided at least one Ph.D. student independently (alternatively guided two PhD students jointly with someone else) • Salary – Rs 50,000/- to Rs 70,000/- pm
