Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Sales Manager for EdTech to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing our sales team, as well as providing after sales management.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Manage and motivate sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Provide after sales management and customer service.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Assistant Sales Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
