Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities and curriculum
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom
• Observe and document children's progress and development
• Support children with basic needs such as feeding, toileting, and rest time
• Attend team meetings, professional development sessions, and other company events

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about early childhood education and the development of young learners
• A team player who can work collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor with children, parents, and colleagues
