Assistant Teacher for Pre-School (Job Vacancy)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pre-Primary General Teacher to join our team at a reputed Telangana Board School. As a Pre-Primary General Teacher, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children aged 3-5 years old.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and educational activities to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children.
• Develop and maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive interactions.
• Plan and organize daily schedules and routines to ensure a balanced program of play, learning, rest, and outdoor activities.
• Monitor and assess individual student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians through regular reports and parent-teacher meetings.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to plan and coordinate school-wide events, field trips, and special activities.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the health and safety of students at all times, following proper procedures for administering first aid and handling emergencies.
• Stay updated with current educational practices and trends, attending professional development workshops and conferences as required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Pre-Primary General Teacher or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of child development theories and early childhood education practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the holistic development of young children.
• Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Familiarity with the curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Basic computer skills to utilize educational software and tools.
