Associate - Corporate Relations & Partnerships (Job Vacancy)

Internshala's mission is to equip every student with relevant skills and exposure so that they can build their dream careers. Our newly launched product line, Specialization, is an exciting next step in that direction. Specialization programs are in-depth, rigorous, online training that prepare students for a guaranteed internship in that domain. For this new product line, we are looking to set up the world's best placement team - a team that provides expert guidance to students on career-orientated services & brings in the best internships/jobs.

Roles & Responsibilities

Corporate Relations & Partnerships team is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively represent the organization and build positive relationships with external parties.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement strategies for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Build strategy around products & content and approach corporates for hiring, collaborations, MOUs and Hire Train & Deploy requirements
• Source opportunities for students suitable to their profile and related to their course
• Contact potential or existing business customers to inform them about our services and provide custom solutions to their hiring needs
• Engage corporates and building relations with them to drive the recruiters to hire through PGC
• Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate partners

Who are we looking for?

Someone who

• is good at planning & strategy
• is energetic, empathetic, and a go-getter (moves fast)
• has excellent communication, presentation, networking, and persuasion skills
• has worked on getting sponsorships (college/institutional level, corporate level) & brand endorsements from reputed brands.
• has 1-3 years of experience and proven track record of building corporate tie-ups for placements in Ed-tech, corporate relations, B2B sales or career-tech companies
