Job Description

ABM - B2C2B (Business-to-Consumer-to-Business) typically involves leading a sales team that focuses on selling products or services to individual consumers (B2C) and converting them into a group enrollment. The role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on sales expertise. RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to enhance sales skills and performance. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture. Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective B2C2B sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives. Understanding Stakeholder Needs and Expectations: Regularly communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, utilizing methods such as meetings, surveys, and feedback solicitation. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with individual consumers and business clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions. Work with the team to enhance the customer experience throughout the sales process. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for senior management on team performance, market trends, and key metrics. Implement data-driven decision-making processes to optimize sales effectiveness. Sales Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills. Identify and address skill gaps within the team, fostering continuous learning and development. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration with other departments, such as marketing, to align sales and marketing strategies and ensure a seamless experience for customers. Qualifications: EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. EXPERIENCE: 4+ years of successful experience in B2C and B2B sales or B2C2B sales. Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role within a sales environment. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both consumers and business clients. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in using data and analytics to drive decision-making. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced business environment. Willingness to embrace change and implement innovative sales strategies.
