Location: Bangalore, India (Onsite)
Work Experience:
7+ years of marketing experience with the last few years in digital & event marketing, leading high-performance marketing teams. Experience in Education Management / EdTech is highly preferred.
Your Job Responsibilities in this role
• Lead the development of an annual admissions strategy to meet enrollment goals
• Build & manage a team of highly effective marketing professionals
• Develop effective marketing campaigns to attract prospective students
• Plan and oversee event planning, execution
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing initiatives
• Analyze data to inform decisions around admissions, marketing
• Manage budgets for marketing initiatives
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of all initiatives
• Prepare reports on the progress of initiatives
• Hold yourself and the teams you manage accountable for defined outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements
• Hands-on experience in developing and implementing Digital Marketing strategies
