Job Title: Associate Director - Operations

Location: Bengaluru

Job Overview:

Unacademy is looking for an Operations Associate Director who will handle end to end Learner Operations and Experience for our rapidly scaling Offline Test Preparation Vertical.

This role will involve:

1. Setting processes for ensuring seamless and timely completion of critical onboarding steps for over 50,000 Enrolled Learners
2. Working with Cross Functional Teams to craft a stellar Onboarding Experience
3. Monitoring data to check for any gaps in Learner Experience
4. Ensuring delivery of key USPs and core promises to all Learners
5. Troubleshooting and fixing issues with ground teams and Head Office stakeholders
6. Reporting progress to Senior Management
7. Owning targets around critical SLAs

The candidate joining this role should be aware of the following:

1. The role is based out of our Domlur, Bangalore Office
2. The role involves a 6 day work-week
3. The role will involve regular travel to Unacademy's Offline Centres for Test Preparation

Candidates with the following backgrounds will be preferred:

• High levels of ownership
• 3+ Years Experience in vendor onboarding and management
• Experience in inventory management
• Obsession with Customer Experience
• Experience in owning Operating SLAs or Targets
