"Kalvium is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team which is transforming higher education. As an Associate Manager of University Relations, you will play a pivotal role in our University-led Admission, driving and optimizing our admission processes at various universities, fostering collaboration across various functions and university stakeholders, and implementing tools to enhance efficiency. Responsibilities
The role will see you act as an invaluable bridge between the respective University Departments and Kalvium Stakeholders. You will take charge of all aspects of University Relations from Marketing, events, Sales, Stakeholder Management and the Social Media Team to create, curate & deliver native content across Kalvium’s social media channels to build a strong and engaged subscriber base that helps grow university onboarding.
- Help organize small-scale events across various campuses and major events with senior stakeholders from University and Industry.
- Interact with various University department SPOCs - Admissions, Infrastructure, Academics, CoE, and Central Leadership to facilitate various aspects of the program.
- Create smooth channels of communication and information between the University and Kalvium’s Internal Team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns on LinkedIn and WhatsApp to promote the Kalvium brand.
- Create compelling and visually appealing content, including posts, images, videos, and stories, that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Plan and schedule social media content in advance, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across platforms.
- Monitor and analyse key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and conversions, to measure campaign effectiveness and optimise performance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers in a timely and engaging manner, fostering positive interactions and building strong relationships with our audience.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and apply them to continuously improve our social media presence and campaigns.
- Generate regular reports and insights on social media performance, providing actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
An Ideal Candidate
- Min. 2-4 years of experience in Stakeholder Management
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in managing social media campaigns on LinkedIn, with a track record of driving engagement and growth.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to create and analyze metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a knack for storytelling.
- Proficient in creating visually appealing and engaging content using social media tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) will be an added advantage.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas to drive brand awareness and user engagement.
- A go-get-things-done attitude, as you will be expected to work on many things which would be something you would have never worked on before
