Job Summary:
The Associate Program Manager will assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating wellness programs and initiatives aimed at supporting student mental health and well-being. This role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, managing projects, and contributing to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of wellness programs and initiatives that meet the needs of the student population.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, students, and external partners to promote and integrate wellness activities across the campus.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of wellness programs, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing communication strategies to promote wellness programs and resources to the student body.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in program management, ideally within a wellness, healthcare, or educational setting.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in student wellness and mental health.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
