Job Role

• Will involve building an open-minded culture, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and analytical skills through a well-rounded and diverse curriculum.
• Manage curriculum and faculty development, process and outcomes excellence, infrastructure, and budgets.
• Facilitate holistic education with emphasis on Innovative Pedagogy, Research, Interdisciplinary projects, Accreditation, Ranking and Student Development.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Teaching & Learning Excellence

• Develop and implement a holistic and diverse Curriculum.
• Implement innovative practices in teaching pedagogy.
• Institute a process of review and continuous improvement

Faculty Development

• Facilitate professional development plan and opportunities.
• Build a system to foster and support research activities.
• Create opportunities within the system for all round growth and career advancement.

Student Success

• Develop and implement programs to ensure student success in diverse areas – employment and employability, higher studies, professional development and entrepreneurship.
• Implement processes that address challenges of diversity in learning and application.
• Institute programs that continually engage students and review support services for ensuring student well-being and address concerns.

Administration & Compliance

• Ensure timely compliance and adherence to affiliation and academic needs.
• Monitor and review Academic plan versus Budgets.

Accreditation & Ranking

• Develop and implement annual plan and calendar for accreditation and ranking goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation and reporting necessary for supporting accreditation needs.

Social Immersion

• Implement programs that continually engage with various sections of the local community and eco-system toward education, research for social welfare and community development.

Stakeholder Relations

• Engage and build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, potential collaboration with industry and academic institutions with global standing.

Technology Integration

• Ensure seamless integration of technology in teaching and learning.

Culture

• Implement programs that recognize and respect diversity.
• Build an inclusive environment.
