Qualification/ Academic: Commerce Graduate
Preferred: Chartered Accountant / Semi Qualified CA (If he is planning to sit for exams, he should plan it in a manner that he is not disturbing the work schedule)
Experience: 7 to 10 years
Salary: 7.0 LPA to 9.0 LPA
JOB DETAILS
Responsibilities:
1. Purchase Accounting – Booking of bills as per the terms & conditions
2. Oversight of Inventory Accounting – Ensuring proper inventory accounting
3. Vendor Accounts & Reconciliation – Ensuring that there are not accounting discrepancies
4. Vendor payments Bank Account BRS – Monthly BRS for Payment Bank Account
5. Expense Accounting – timely and accurate accounting of all expenses
6. Price & Discount Compliance – ensuring transaction level terms & conditions are considered
7. Maintenance of Masters of ERP related to Purchase Accounting
8. Compliance with Sops – Including perpetual inventory norms.
9. Purchase & Expense MIS - Monthly
