Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our school through effective admission counseling and strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment numbers.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential target markets and develop marketing plans accordingly.
  • Build and maintain relationships with parents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders to promote the school and its programs.
  • Provide admission counseling to prospective students and their families, guiding them through the application and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure smooth and efficient admission procedures.
  • Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and school fairs to showcase the school's offerings.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in educational policies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and present reports on admission statistics, market trends, and business development activities to the management team.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong knowledge of admission counseling techniques and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with prospective students and their families.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools for managing admissions and marketing activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required, to attend recruitment events and meet with prospective students.
