Job Title: BIM Training Specialist Location: Chennai Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and enhancement of comprehensive BIM training programs tailored to diverse global audiences, including learners and professionals. • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure course content aligns with global industry standards and reflects the latest advancements in BIM technology. • Work in tandem with instructional designers, trainers, and stakeholders to craft accurate and comprehensive training materials. • Deliver engaging and effective BIM training sessions for both novices and seasoned professionals across the globe. • Customize training delivery methods to accommodate various learning styles and proficiency levels. • Develop and maintain BIM curriculum, covering a spectrum of topics from fundamental concepts to advanced methodologies. • Incorporate hands-on exercises, case studies, and real-world scenarios to resonate with a diverse international audience. • Conduct needs assessments to identify knowledge and skill gaps among learners and professionals. • Tailor training programs to address specific requirements and align with industry standards worldwide. • Stay abreast of the latest global BIM software applications, tools, and industry trends to integrate relevant technologies into training initiatives. • Implement continuous improvements to elevate the overall quality of the training curriculum. • Keep abreast of advancements in BIM education and instructional design methodologies on a global scale. • Actively participate in professional development opportunities and industry conferences. Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM, with a focus on training and curriculum development. • Proficiency in BIM software applications such as Autocad Revit, Navisworks, Sketchup, 3Ds Max, BIM 360, and Bexel, among others. • Demonstrated track record of conducting successful BIM training programs on a global scale. • Solid background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies. • Experience in developing and delivering both in-person and online training programs. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex BIM concepts clearly and comprehensibly. • Capacity to adapt training content for diverse audiences, spanning from learners to seasoned professionals. • Dedication to continuous learning and staying updated with advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
