Project : E-Learning Product Role: Senior Backend Developer Employment Type : Full-Time Experience : 6 to 8 Years Location : Hyderabad Senior Backend Developer Overview As a Senior Back-end developer it involves leading and managing the development of server-side web application logic, database integration, and API development. The role is responsible for ensuring that server-side of a web application is scalable, stable and secure. At Innerscore, we are building a next-gen Ed-tech platform that will revolutionize the way learning is imparted. Your Key Responsibilities: • Architect and lead development of backend services. • Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. • Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements • Lead and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale • Engage and collaborate with UX designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs(Application Programming Interfaces) • Influence coding, design standards, engineering and security practices • Research, ideate, prototype, stay updated with emerging trends to integrate new technologies • Collaborate with product management, support and marketing teams • Be a technical coach and mentor to junior members of the team Key Skills Requirement: • Experience building platforms and SaaS services using NodeJS/MEAN/MERN • Expertise in NodeJS and familiarity with common frameworks (Express, NestJS) is a must • Experience building large scale applications and services using MongoDB/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL Databases. • Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting and optimization skills • Experience in unit/integration testing • Good understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms. • 5+ years of relevant experience • Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science. What We Need: • Development using ReactJS/ VueJS is a plus but not mandatory • Exposure to Cloud Native Architectures and Deployments • Prior experience with Redis, ElasticSearch, or similar frameworks • Exposure to Security practices • Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related Technical discipline will be preferred
