WORK TIMING: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 – 18:00

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Support outlook calendar /Share Point site/ maintain mail group.
2. Area of work would be mails, operations, documentation & office management.
3. Answer phone calls and provide requested information.
4. Assisting with the hosting of special company events and other projects.

SKILLS:

1. Microsoft application skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
2. Sets priorities and structures daily operations, plans ahead and keeps deadlines.
3. Pays attention to details, consistently adheres to rules, procedures and processes.
4. Works effectively in team and cooperates.
5. Good common sense of business sensitivity and confidentiality.
6. Learning mindset, actively learns and develops based on experience and feedback.
