Job Overview

We are seeking a Back Office Executive (Australia / Canada) - Operation Immigration to join our dynamic team at Aspire Square Pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. As a Back Office Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the immigration operations for Australia and Canada. This is a full-time position suitable for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in immigration operations, preferably for Australia and Canada.
  • Knowledge of visa application processes and immigration regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of visa applications for Australia and Canada.
  • Handle all back-office operations related to immigration, including documentation, data entry, and filing.
  • Communicate with clients and provide them with updates regarding their application status.
  • Liaise with immigration authorities and other relevant agencies to ensure smooth processing of applications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all immigration-related activities.
  • Assist in providing support and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
  • Stay updated with the latest immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
  • Handle any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
