Billing Engineer (Job Vacancy)

Job Title: Billing Engineer Reports to: Head - Projects Location: Ashoka University Campus, Sonipat Experience: 10-12 years Nature of work: Full-Time About Ashoka: University:https://www.ashoka.edu.in/ Role and Responsibilities: ● Study tender documents and construction drawings for any deficiencies, and report the same to the design and coordination team ● Qty survey, BBS preparation/checking, checking of site reinforcement with respect to BBS, value engineering, maintaining payment masters, and coordination with the site teams ● Verify checklist/compliances submitted with the RA bills, material reconciliation, reconciliation of NCRs/SINs issued by the construction management team, making necessary deductions ● Change orders, rate analysis, and COPs preparation ● Ensure timely payments/interface with the PMC, contractors, cost consultant, and finance ● Maintain records, project monthly cash flows, coordinate with audit team for internal/external audits, ensure zero noncompliance, and coordinate with MEP billing ● Participate in design workshops Qualifications and Skills Required: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering ● Minimum 10 years of experience as a Billing Engineer ● Good communication & analytical skills ● Sound knowledge of MS Office ● Hands-on understanding of ERP, AutoCad, and Ravit To ensure your candidacy receives the attention it deserves, kindly follow the application submission process outlined below: Prepare an Updated CV: Showcase your professional accomplishments, skills, and experiences in an updated curriculum vitae.
