We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate TGT Biology Teacher to join our team at our CISCE School. As a Biology Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality biology lessons to students in grades 6 to 10, ensuring their academic growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging biology lessons that follow the curriculum guidelines set by the CISCE board.
• Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Utilize various teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
• Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on their academic performance.
• Identify and address individual learning needs and provide additional support when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and assessments.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and materials.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of biology and incorporate them into teaching practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Biology Teacher, preferably in a CISCE school.
• Excellent knowledge of the CISCE curriculum and assessment methods.
• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in biology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Patience and understanding towards students with different learning needs.
