We have an opening for Branch Manager for Education counsellor with leading Educational Consultant Company
Designation: - Branch Manager
Gender : Male/Female
Qualification: Graduate/ Post-Graduate/ Certified Career Coach
Work Location: Lower Parel (Outstation candidate should ready to relocate)
Salary: 6 to 8.4+ Lacs Per Year
Working day: Monday to Friday. Saturday half day working. Sundays off.
Experience in Counselling: Min 6 + year (Preferred)

Skills Required
• The role of a Branch Manager is dynamic and requires a combination of leadership, communication, sales, and organizational skills to effectively promote study abroad opportunities to students and guide them.
• Manage daily operations of the overall branch especially customer service, and sales, and make improvements as needed to ensure the smooth functioning and full utilization of the given resource, which may include add-on responsibilities if required
• Manage daily operations of the overall branch especially customer service, and sales, and Providing Regular reports to senior management on branch performance, challenges, and growth opportunities.
• Knowledge of Overseas Study Countries like UK, USA, Germany, Canada, Etc. converting the students for Overseas Study; Follow-up with the Students & Parents, solving their queries.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parents.

•Meet the individual targets assigned by the head office and also ensure all the reporting team members meet their respective targets, by extending help to the team in any area of the work for effective functioning.
•Ensure reaching out to the assigned queries, regular follow-ups, and satisfactory resolution of client queries and concerns promptly for the study overseas.
•Creating and executing marketing campaigns to promote the consultancy's services.
•Visit Local institution for tie up for presentation , seminars etc. on their academic goals, interests, and preferences.
• Generate leads for team and individual
•Cold Calling on database of prospective leads
•Maximize connect & counseling for targeted admission conversion
•Doing marketing as per requirement
Team Management
•Training, and managing a team of counselors, advisors, and support staff.
•Responsible for performance targets for the branch & team members and monitoring the progress.
•Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure excellent customer service.
