Profile Requirement:
1. Vast experience of handling Overseas Education for Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, Ireland & other countries
2. The job also involves significant reading and on-line research
3. Should have experience in team management.
4. Minimum work exp of 6 years required
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and Attend walk-ins and Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of the queries related to Study Canada, Australia, NZ, USA etc.
2. Support, motivate team members to achieve individual and team target.
3. Provide professional Guidance in Counselling, Registration, Admissions, Case study and evaluating the eligibility of the prospect ensuring zero client dissatisfaction.
4. Participate in Company Seminars and other events for promotion activities.
5. Set up sales plan in order to achieve sales target required by the company. Liaise with International Universities (Globally) & Agents - PAN India
6. Be responsible for all aspects and stages of each case, ensuring positive outcomes are achieved while delivering an exceptional level of client service.
7. Quality Control Management.
8. Review on going cases and fresh open college/University and accordingly advice candidates
9. Supervise daily work of the members and ensure customer satisfaction.
10. Build up good relationship with students and their families.
11. Work closely with other job functions like admissions and filing in the company to improve overall services Level.
12. Helping team in handling all walk INS
13. Ensure Conversion of all calls to potential business
14. Exploring and gathering useful information that has the potential to impact students and careers
15. Creating marketing tools such as mailers, newsletters, online posts that can inform and encourage students and parents to contact Pyramid E Services.
16. Ensure team do proper Calling and maintain a database of present and prospective student base
17. Ensure his team Contact and follow-up with schools for sessions and empanelment
18. Administer day-to-day organization of the enterprise
19. Develop a feedback system with students and parents
20. Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by Management.
21. Periodically monitor & suggest update for the website content and explore digital marketing tools
