We specialize in training and assisting students with exams such as GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL, SAT, and PTE. With a dedicated team of over 300 members, we are focused on making abroad education more accessible and affordable for students. Our expert counselors have extensive experience in handling university admission processes and visa applications across various countries. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at our Kochi location. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing staff, coordinating student activities, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves strategic planning, budgeting, and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain students. The Branch Manager will also handle administrative tasks and maintain quality standards in line with company policies and guidelines. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for demonstrating sales strategy, leadership and general operations of the branch. You will be directly responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: · Recruit, train, and manage a team of Study Overseas consultants / Immigration advisors/ Test preparation consultants to sell our products and services. · Identify sales opportunities, and develop/ implement sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets. · Plan and manage the advertising budget and campaigns for each department. · Create and roll out innovative ads, campaigns, promotions, and marketing material along with in-house marketing staff. · Monitor the results and success of various sales campaigns and programs. · Evaluate results based on prospect generation, conversions and targets achieved. · Conduct regular market intelligence and competition analysis and track market trends. · Identify opportunities and recommend ideas; implement strategies to address them. · Monitor the team's sales performance on a weekly/monthly basis. Qualification: • Bachelors Degree of Master Required in a related field Experience: • Minimum 4 to 5 years as Branch Manager in an Educational Firm or an Institution who has record of sending students, candidates Abroad.
