We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager for our coaching center. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our coaching center branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Negotiate fees and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the coaching or education industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
- Proficiency in Hindi speaking is highly desirable.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
