Branch Sales Manager for Coaching (Job Vacancy)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager for our coaching center. As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of our coaching center branch, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
• Negotiate fees and contracts with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports for management.
• Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the coaching or education industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bengali.
• Proficiency in Hindi speaking is highly desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
