Next Education is seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager to join our marketing team. As the Brand Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the Next Education brand. We are looking for individuals who bring a unique perspective and entrepreneurial spirit, preferably those with experience in building startup or brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with Next Education's mission and objectives.
- Utilize market research and insights to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
Brand Identity and Positioning:
- Define and maintain Next Education's brand identity, including visual elements, brand voice, and messaging.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and communication channels.
Marketing Campaigns and Activation:
- Conceptualize and lead innovative marketing campaigns to promote Next Education's products, services, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with Next Education's brand values and objectives.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Brand Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to brand awareness, perception, and engagement.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize brand strategies and campaigns for maximum impact.
Thought Leadership and Industry Engagement:
- Position Next Education as a thought leader in the education technology space through content creation, speaking engagements, and industry participation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the education or technology sector.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in building or contributing to startups or brands.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and driving positive change in education.
