Buddy Counselor (Job Vacancy)

Infocus Overseas Education Consultants is a leading overseas education consultancy located in Gurgaon. Our goal is to provide a one-stop solution for aspiring students and all our partner institutions by making the whole study abroad process easy and hassle-free. We provide professional career counseling and consulting services to students in India who would like to pursue further education abroad in countries like Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, USA and Australia.

We help students choose courses and institutions from a wide array of programs, colleges, and universities and offer free advice on topics such as undergraduate and postgraduate programs, application procedures, visas, scholarships, and other related topics to help students identify the right course at the right university. We provide help with application processing, SOP, pre-visa counseling, documentation, pre-departure orientation/briefing, airport pickup, hostel accommodation & IELTS coaching.

Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as Buddy Counselor located in Gurgaon. The primary mandate is to communicate with the counselor, operations and the students / parents who aspire to pursue higher education abroad.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students and colleagues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Detailed knowledge about admission requirements, financial assistance, and visa documentation processes
• Bachelor's degree or higher in any field, although a degree in education counseling or a related field is preferred
