With a long career that spans leading roles the TATA Group, she has a proven history of driving digital transformation and patient engagement at Kauvery Hospitals to redefine future of hospitals.

Hritikesh Thite, a seasoned professional with 16+ years of experience across prestigious organizations, is now the founder of BabyMD. Starting at Boston Consulting Group, he mastered strategic and analytical skills. He later served as Senior Vice President at Unacademy, driving growth and innovation. As Vice President at Healthifyme, he gained insights into health tech and wellness. Now at BabyMD, Hritikesh leverages his expertise to revolutionize pediatric healthcare, driving innovation and excellence.

Role

An early-stage startup is swimming in a lot of unorganized data that is sitting in chats, emails, variety of systems. This role organizes this data and tries to make sense of it by converting it into repeatable and consistently formatted (hence readable) reports, eventually leading to insights.

To be clear, it is less of statistics and modelling, but more of using the data to run the business, and make it efficient for everyone else!

Responsibilities

• Map out all the data sources and flows
• Create the right data pipes (or even manual interfaces) to transform data such that it makes sense, is updated and is available as a single source of truth in a single place
• Reporting of all kinds
• Insights, or generation of probing questions to the sources of data - think forward to how the data may be used, so you can transform it accordingly

Requirements

• Perseverance and grit - you will repeatedly be doing certain tasks, it is best if you come prepared with a lot of patience
• Analytical rigour - apply checks to ensure the data makes sense in the first place
• Excel / gSheets wizardry - if you can also do macros / some basic automation, you will make your life easy through efficiency

• Connecting the dots - you will prosper if you can understand and ask about why the data is what it is and why is it needed the way it is
